Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: 15 September 2026
We understand that travel plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds and booking changes are handled by LuxGreet Services Ltd.
1. Customer Cancellations
Unless different cancellation terms were clearly disclosed for a particular booking, our standard cancellation policy is:
More than 48 hours before service: Eligible for a 100% refund of the booking price.
Between 24 and 48 hours before service: Normally eligible for a 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours before service: The booking is normally non-refundable.
These terms are subject to applicable consumer law. Any amount retained following cancellation will not exceed an amount we are lawfully entitled to retain, taking into account costs or losses resulting from the cancellation and our ability to mitigate those losses.
Certain bespoke, specially arranged or third-party services may have different cancellation conditions. Where this applies, we will communicate the relevant conditions before the booking is confirmed.
2. Changes
Changes to ordinary booking information should be requested at least 24 hours before service.
A change to the service date should be requested at least 48 hours before service.
Changes are subject to availability.
If a change alters the cost of providing the service, you may be required to pay the difference. Where the revised service costs less, any applicable adjustment will be communicated to you.
3. Flight Delays
Normal flight delays do not automatically result in additional charges.
Where we have been given accurate flight information, we will make reasonable efforts to adapt the service to the updated flight timing where the nature of the service permits.
4. Flight Cancellation
If your airline cancels your flight, contact LuxGreet as soon as possible.
We will assess whether your booking can be moved, credited or refunded based on the timing, arrangements already made, recoverable costs and applicable law.
5. No-Shows
A booking may be treated as a no-show where the passenger does not attend the agreed meeting point or pickup location and cannot reasonably be contacted within the applicable waiting period.
No-shows are normally non-refundable because personnel, vehicles or airport services may already have been reserved or deployed.
This does not affect rights available under applicable law.
6. Late Passengers
Passengers are responsible for arriving at the agreed location at the required time for departure-related services and chauffeur pickups.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate delays where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.
7. Cancellation by LuxGreet
If LuxGreet cancels a confirmed service and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, the customer will normally receive a refund for the affected service.
This does not affect any additional rights available under applicable law.
8. Partial Service Disruption
If only part of a booked service cannot be provided, we will assess the affected element and any appropriate refund, alternative service or other remedy based on the circumstances and applicable law.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned, where reasonably possible, to the original payment method.
Bank or payment-provider processing times are outside our control after a refund has been issued.
10. How to Cancel
To request cancellation, contact:
Please provide your booking reference, passenger name and service date.
The effective cancellation time is when LuxGreet receives the cancellation request through an accepted communication channel.
11. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Cancellation Policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
