  • device, browser, IP address, website usage and similar technical information;
  • cookie, analytics and advertising information where permitted; and
  • other information you voluntarily provide.

Please avoid providing sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary for us to arrange your requested service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We may process personal information to:

  • create and manage accounts;
  • process and administer bookings;
  • arrange airport VIP, Meet & Greet, Fast Track, chauffeur and related services;
  • communicate booking details and service updates;
  • process payments and refunds;
  • provide customer support;
  • manage changes, cancellations, complaints and disputes;
  • prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents;
  • maintain and improve our website and services;

  • keep appropriate business records;
  • analyse website and service performance; and
  • send marketing communications where permitted by law.

4. Our Lawful Bases

Depending on the processing involved, we may rely on:

Contract: where processing is necessary to provide a service you have requested or to take steps before entering into a contract.

Legal obligation: where we must process information to comply with applicable law.

Legitimate interests: where necessary for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, security, customer service, improving our services, managing disputes and operating our business, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.

Consent: where required, including for certain cookies, tracking technologies or marketing activities. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

LuxGreet does not generally receive or store your complete payment-card details where payment is processed directly by the payment provider.

Payment providers process information according to their own privacy terms and applicable law.

6. Sharing Your Information

We may share information where reasonably necessary with:

  • airports and airport service personnel;
  • Meet & Greet and VIP service personnel;

  • airlines where necessary for the requested service;

  • IT, cloud-hosting and communications providers;
  • analytics, advertising and marketing providers where permitted;
  • professional advisers, insurers and accountants;
  • law enforcement, regulators, courts or public authorities where legally required; and
  • other organisations necessary to provide or administer a requested booking.

Only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose should be shared.

7. International Services and Transfers

LuxGreet provides services across multiple countries. A booking may therefore require relevant passenger and booking information to be accessed or shared outside the United Kingdom.

Where UK data protection law treats this as an international transfer requiring safeguards, we will use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism or other permitted basis.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining transaction records, complying with legal and accounting obligations, resolving disputes and establishing or defending legal claims.

Different categories of information may therefore have different retention periods.

9. Marketing

Where permitted by law, we may use contact information to communicate information about LuxGreet services, offers or updates.

Where consent is required, we will obtain it.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided or by contacting info@luxgreet.co.uk.

Service communications concerning an active or past booking are not necessarily marketing communications and may still be sent where necessary.

10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential website functionality, preferences, analytics and marketing.

Non-essential cookies will be controlled in accordance with applicable requirements. More information is available in our Cookie Policy and through Cookie Preferences.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or misuse.

However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
